Please start with your Designer. She can usually handle returns or replacements for you. If you don’t know your Designer, or cannot reach her, please contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID in the email subject line. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed online. However, if your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we may be able to make a change if you contact Customer Care immediately at email@example.com. Be sure to include your order ID in the email subject line.Can I Cancel Products That Are Back-Ordered, or Haven’t Yet Shipped?
Yes you can. If your item is on back order or hasn't been shipped, you can contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your order ID in the email subject line.How Do I Package My Return?
You must return your items in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase. The box in which the items were originally shipped can be reused if the size is still appropriate. Please send the returns to:

We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive your returned items. Please allow 5 business days for your returned item to arrive at Mialisia after mailing. You should see your refund payment 8-10 business days after we receive the product, depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you paid your Designer directly with cash or a check, she will need to refund you directly.
